<br />registrations.
<br />No telephone registrations or cancellations
<br />will be accepted.
<br />Payment (check., cit3, purchase order, or
<br />credit card) must be included with advance
<br />registrations.
<br />People unable to meet the February 7
<br />deadline will have to register on-site at the
<br />meeting and make their own hotel
<br />reservauons.
<br />Refunds will be made for cancellations
<br />received by February 7, 1997, subject to a $$0
<br />cancellation charge. Cancellation letters must
<br />be postmarked by this date. No tclcpbone
