The plan provides a <br />framework from which future land use decisions can be made and evaluated. These decisions will include <br />possible regulatory changes, including anticipated Comprehensive Plan amendments, zoning ordinance <br />amendments and zone changes. The plan anticipates the need for future infrastructure improvements. <br />The plan, and the resulting regulatory amendments and infrastructure investments, are intended to <br />position properties within the area to be able to accommodate expected changes in access and traffic <br />circulation. <br />The plan also sets the stage for development of design guidelines.
