Dimensional constraints and existing developed
properties would drive up the overall cost of the interchange, and
may displace more business than attract new ones.
._
.. The location is in
close proximity to existing business and the Northstar commuter rail
station and would be located in currently undeveloped land.
» Options to explore further with this concept were also discussed.
The potential to have a near term signal at 67th or at the future
interchange location should be further explored in lieu o f 165th Avenue
to create a stronger near term connection to the existing business, the
Gateway industrial park and a more direct, second access to Highway
~o from the Northstar commuter rail station.
22 17131.
