CONCEPT EVALUATION <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />LAND USE AND TRANSPORTATION <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />Once a general approach to the future transportation patterns was agreed to, the <br />consulting team explored a range of concept alternatives for land use and local <br />transportation patterns. Since the land use pattems north of the rail road tracks were <br />not anticipated to change from the phase one plan, the following concepts address <br />land use, connectivity and transportation from the BNSF rail line, west across Highway <br />~0~~69 to the Mississippi River.
