A permit from MnDOT will be required to allow grading within <br />their right -of -way. <br />H. Signage <br />1. TCF is proposing to have two wall signs and one freestanding <br />sign. The freestanding sign is a monument style that complies <br />with the sign standards set forth in the PUD Agreement. <br />The two wall signs will be on the east and west elevations. <br />These signs also meet the requirements found in the PUD <br />Agreement. <br />I. Police Department <br />1. The Police Department has requested to meet with TCF at some <br />point to review security issues. <br />Staff has met with Shea Architects and TCF to discuss the issues mentioned <br />in this report. At the time of preparing this report, revised plans had not <br />been received, therefore, the comments relate to the original submitted plans. <br />If staff receives the revised plans prior to the reports going out to the <br />Commission members they will be included. Several of staff's comments <br />should be addressed in the revised plans. <br />Recommendation <br />It is recommended the Planning Commission recommend approval of the <br />CUP request by Shea Architects and TCF for site plan review to construct a <br />5,179 square foot financial institution with the following conditions: <br />1. All comments listed in the report to the Planning Commission dated <br />October 24, 1995, be incorporated into the review plans for approval. <br />2. The city engineer comments outlined in the memo dated October 17, <br />1995, be incorporated into the plans. <br />3. Applicant provide four sets of review plans to the city for review and <br />approval prior to issuance of a building permit. <br />• pc:tct95 -20 <br />
