The majority of these <br />lands. are zoned I-1 {fight manufacturing). Permitted uses within the I-1 district include <br />the following: <br />• Offices. <br />• Enclosed storage and warehousing. <br />• Research laboratories. <br />• Light manufacturing, including compounding, processing and <br />packaging of products and materials. <br />• Screened outdoor storage areas. <br />• Truck terminal. <br />Heavy manufacturing. uses do not appear to be permitted within the I-1 district. <br />• In addition, there is a small area of I-2 (medium industrial) zoned lands. in the "Ultimate <br />Study Area". Permitted uses within this zoned district include the following: <br />• User.permitted in the I-1 Light Industria( District. <br />Open or enclosed storage or warehousing. <br />• Contracting yards. <br />• Grain and feed elevators and mills. <br />• Lumber yards {unenclosed). <br />• Concrete products processing. <br />• Animal and poultry processing. <br />• Freight (rail) yards. <br />• Processing and storage of natural resources. <br />• <br />Peter J.
