Staff has not completed its formal <br />review of the proposal, however, the Council had directed staff that they would <br />like to see the site plan prior to the closing date on the project. Preliminarily, staff <br />has made the following determinations: <br /> <br />The building will be 14,100 sq. ft. <br />The site provides 82 parking stalls, 12 more than required by Code. <br />The landscape plan meets the ordinance requirements, however, staff is <br />suggesting and the developer is agreeable to providing additional evergreen <br />plantings to increase screening for the properties across Holt Street. <br /> <br />13065 Orono Parkway · P.O.
