Call Meeting To Order Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River City Council was called to order at 6:20 p.m. by Mayor KJinzing. Consider 2/25/2002 Agenda Mayor Kflinzing requested to add item 7.1 "Proclamation for CAER" to the agenda. COUNCILMEMBER TVEITE MOVED TO APPROVE THE AGENDA AS AMENDED. COUNCILMEMBER KUESTER SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0. Consider Consent Agenda COUNCILMEMBER MOTIN MOVED TO APPROVE THE CONSENT AGENDA AS FOLLOWS: 3.1. 3.2. 3.3. 3.4. 2/11/02 CITY COUNCIL MINUTES 2/19/02 CITY COUNCIL MINUTES CHECK REGISTER TRANSIENT MERCHANT LICENSE FOR TAP ENTERPRISES TO HOLD A TOOL SALE AT ELK RIVER BOWL ON MAY 29, 2002 CAMP COURAGE WAGON TRAIN RIDING IN ELK RIVER ON JUNE 15 AND 16 COUNCILMEMBER TVEITE SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0. lane Street Improvement/Public Hearing City Engineer Terry Maurer reviewed the project scope for the lane Street Improvements. He indicated that the project consists of the realignment of lane Street from the Mississippi Ridge Addition to the Americlnn driveway, the closing of the lane Street intersection with TH 10, and the extension of lateral sanitary sewer and trunk water main along the realigned street. Mr. Maurer noted that MnDOT has agreed to participate in the street costs with the cooperative agreement funds because of the ability to close lane Street and the Highway
