<br /> <br />INFORMATION <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />TO: <br /> <br />City Council <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />Tina Allard, City Clerk <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />July 2, 2007 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: <br /> <br />Alcohol Compliance Checks <br /> <br />On Thursday, June 21, 2007, compliance checks were done in the City of Elk River by the <br />Sherburne County Public Health Department and Elk River Police Department. <br /> <br />MP Convenience failed the compliance check. A letter has been sent to the establishment <br />explaining that (1) they may request a hearing before the City Council or (2) they need to <br />submit the administrative penalty of $500 by August 27, 2007. <br /> <br />If MP Convenience requests a hearing, this item will be placed on the agenda for the City <br />Council to set the date of the hearing. <br /> <br />S:\CounciI\City Clerk\Liquor\2007\Compliance Update 0607.doc <br />
