The checks were conducted on Thursday, June 21,2007 during the hours of <br />6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Eric Balabon, Police Officer Elk River Police Department, Darren <br />McKernan, Police Officer Elk River Police Department, Mark Lees, Community Health <br />Coordinator Sherburne County Public Health Department, Dana Lodermeier, S.C.S.U. <br />Intern and two under aged youth checked twenty-four businesses that are licensed <br />through the City of Elk River. <br /> <br />MP Convenience Store was the only business to have an under age sale. <br /> <br />Enclosed you will find two fact sheets for the City of Elk River.
