That §2-250. Established of the City of Elk River Code of Ordinances shall be <br />amended as follows:. <br />There is hereby continued, as heretofore created, a -cotmunity <br />event center commission. <br />SECTION 2. That 52-251. Membership of the City of Elk River Code of Ordinances shall be <br />amended as follows: <br />The commission shall consist of five members appointed by the council to include: <br />(1) A city resident and member in good standing of the Elk River senior center. <br />(3) Two . <br />It.
