Call Meetinq To Order <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Park and <br />Recreation Commission was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chair Anderson. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Consider 4/13/94 Park and Recreation Commission Aqenda <br /> <br />The following items were added to the agenda: <br /> <br />5.4. Park Dedication Fees <br />5.5. Park and Recreation Commission Committee Assignments <br />8.1 . Elk Park Center 2nd Addition <br />8.2. Dickenson Bus Garage <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER DANA ANDERSON MOVED TO APPROVE THE AGENDA AS <br />AMENDED. COMMISSION ROLFE ANDERSON SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION <br />CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />3. Consider 3/9/94 Park and Recreation Commission Minutes <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER OLSON MOVED TO APPROVE THE 3/9/94 PARK AND RECREATION <br />COMMISSION MINUTES. COMMISSIONER DALEIDEN SECONDED THE MOTION. THE <br />MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />4. Open Mike <br /> <br />There was no one present for this item. <br /> <br />5.1. <br /> <br />Duck House Installation by Dustin Harrell <br /> <br />Dustin Harrell thanked the Commission for their cooperation and reported that his <br />Scout Troop built 24 mallard houses for a cost of $312.91. Twenty-one houses were <br />installed on City or School District property with three on private property. He <br />
