THE MOTION CARRIED 7-0. <br /> <br />5. C~llditional Use P~smit Ren~~al by Northern State~-Power/P.H. <br /> <br />Steve Rohlf, Building and Zoning Administrator, introduced this item <br />indicating that every two years Northern States Power (NSP) and United <br />Power Association (lJPA) are required to renew both their licenses and <br />conditional use permits with the City of Elk River for the ir waste <br />facilities. Mr. Rohlf explained the history of NSP's and UPA's zone <br />change, conditional use permit and license renewal. Steve Rohlf, <br />Building and Zoning Administrator, discussed with the Commission this <br />issue. He indicated that UPA does not have all of the results from <br />
