That § 74-99, Parking in municipal parking lots, of the City of Elk River Code of <br />Ordinances shall be amended as follows: <br />(a) The municipal parking lots along the Burlington Northern Railroad are designated for either <br />commuter or public parking. . (With the exception of 74-102, "Snow <br />Removal') <br />(d) The north section of the King Avenue lot shall have twenty -sic (26) posted spots designated <br />"Designated Snow Removal Parking Only, Nov. 15-April 15, 6:00 p.m.-8:00 a.m." These <br />spots vA4 ftise be ed 'Effiple) -." <br />(e) Violations of this section are punishable as provided in section 74-91. <br />SECTION 2.
