That § 74-99, Park- <br />ing in municipal parking lots, of the <br />City of Elk River Code of Ordinanc- <br />es shall be amended as follows: <br />(a) The municipal parking lots <br />along the Burlington Northern <br />Railroad are designated for either <br />commuter or public parking. Where <br />posted, time limits are enforced. <br />(b) After 6:00 p.m. and until 8:00 <br />a.m. Monday through Friday, and <br />all day on weekends, the King Ave- <br />nue parking lot is open to any and <br />all parking. (With the exception of <br />74-102, "Snow Removal") <br />(c) The north section of the King <br />Avenue lot shall 'nave. twenty-six <br />(26) posted spots designated "Des- <br />ignated Snow Removal Parking <br />Only, Nov. 15-April 15, 6:00 p.m: <br />8:00 a.m." <br />(d) Violations of this section are <br />punishable as provided in section <br />14-91. <br />SECTION 2.
