<br />NOTICE OF RESCINDING COUNCIL ACTION IN VOTE ON <br />~UESTION OF LIGHT PLAl~T ~D BONDS AT ANNUAL ELECTION <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />The Village Council Of The Village Of Elk River, <br />Sherburne County, Minnesota, in special session November <br />r8th, 1932, arrived at an agreement with the Elk River <br />Power ~ Light Company as to rates, the agreement being <br />published in this issue of the paper. <br />Pursuant to such action, notice is hereby given that <br />the Council has rescinded its action calling fC\:r a 7Ct,P' <br />on t.ne question of a municipal light plant and bonds and <br />notice is hereby given that such question will not be <br />submitted to the voters at the annual election to be held <br />December 6th, 1932. <br /> <br />By orders of the Village Council. <br />Dated this 28th day of November, 1~32. <br />No further business, meeting adjourned. <br /> <br />C.E.
