Marshall Concrete <br /> Products is located in the Mineral Excavation zoning district adjacent <br /> Highway 169 and 213th Avenue NW. The mining site is mostly devoid of <br /> vegetation and except for a strip along Highway 169. The applicant proposes <br /> to construct a 42x16x60ft commercial storage building to the south of their <br /> • existing ready-mix plant.
