Their property consists of 3 lots for a total of 11.75 acres. Two of <br /> the lots have houses and one is undeveloped. The applicant will be combining the vacant <br /> lot with the property they will be renovating for use as their office. The other lot, which <br /> contains a house, will continue to be used as a residence. <br /> The property the church will be using was used as a residence prior to being purchased by <br /> the church. It contains a house and two accessory storage buildings and has gravel <br /> driveway with access from Meadowvale Road. Church services will not be held at this <br /> • location.
