The <br /> applicant received a Conditional Use Permit in 1991 (CU 91-007) which allows <br /> him to keep one horse on his property. When the City received a complaint that <br /> he had more than one horse, staff investigated and found that he exceeded the <br /> • number of horses allowed on his property.
