It is the City's intention to achieve a <br /> uniform land use of Light Industrial over the entire Business Park zoning <br /> district. This particular request involves a small portion of property east of <br /> Waco Street which has an underlying land use of Highway Business. Only <br /> the property located east of Waco Street is being considered to be changed to <br /> • Light Industrial. The change to Light Industrial will better reflect the <br /> P.O.
