5-1 <br /> 11, <br /> intended use of the property (light manufacturing, office, limited commercial) <br /> and will create a consistent land use over the entire Business park zoning <br /> district. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> It is recommended that the Planning Commission approve the Land Use <br /> Amendment, amending approximately 5 acres from HB (Highway Business) <br /> to LI (Light Industrial) based on the following reasons: <br /> 1. Amending the Land Use Map to LI (Light Industrial) will bring the <br /> Land Use Map into compliance with the Zoning Map. <br /> 2. Amending the Land Use Map to LI (Light Industrial) will provide for <br /> continuity in the Land Use Map and allow for compatible land uses <br /> within the Business Park zoning district. <br /> 3.
