A map showing the general location of the affected <br /> property is attached. <br /> BACKGROUND <br /> This request is associated with the ordinance amendment, on <br /> this same agenda that deals with temporary structures in <br /> industrial zones . There is a similar mechanism to allow a <br /> temporary trailer in residential zones during the construction <br /> of a permanent dwelling. <br /> Staff refers the Planning Commission to Section 900 .42 titled <br /> "Conditional Use Permits, " beginning on page 9 . 118 of the City <br /> of Elk River Code of Ordinances .
