Call Meeting to Order <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Parks and Recreation <br /> Commission was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Chair Anderson. <br /> 2. Consider 8/9/17 Agenda <br /> III Moved by Commissioner Ahlness and seconded by Commissioner Kallemeyn to <br /> approve the August 9,2017, Parks and Recreation Commission meeting agenda. <br /> Motion carried 6-0. <br /> 3. Consider 7/12/17 Regular PRC Minutes <br /> Moved by Commissioner Kallemeyn and seconded by Commissioner Soltvedt to <br /> approve the following July 12,2017, Parks and Recreation Commission Minutes. <br /> Motion carried 6-0. <br /> 4. Open Forum - None <br /> 5. Action Items <br /> 5.1 Park Dedication for Final Plat for Trace Heights Second Addition <br /> Mr. Leeseberg presented his staff report. <br /> Chair Anderson asked to see a park map of Sedge Meadow Park to show how a trail could <br /> be connected from that park to 197th of Trace Heights. <br /> Moved by Commissioner Ahlness and seconded by Commissioner Niziolek to <br /> recommend to City Council to accept park dedication for the plat of Trace Heights <br /> IIII Second Addition to be paid for 18 dwelling units at the rate applicable when <br /> subdivision is released for recording along with installing a 10'wide bituminous <br />
