Call Meeting to Order <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof,the meeting of the Elk River Parks and Recreation <br /> Commission was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Chair Anderson. <br /> 2. Consider 5/10/17 Agenda <br /> III Moved by Commissioner Niziolek and seconded by Commissioner Ahlness to <br /> approve the May 10,2017, Parks and Recreation Commission meeting agenda. <br /> Motion carried 6-0. <br /> 3.1 Consider 4/12/17 Regular PRC Minutes <br /> Moved by Commissioner Ahlness and seconded by Commissioner Sagan to <br /> approve the following April 12,2017, Parks and Recreation Commission Minutes. <br /> Motion carried 6-0. <br /> 4. Open Forum - None <br /> 5. Action Items - None <br /> 6. Discussion Items <br /> 6.1 Deer Management Plan <br /> Mr. Sevcik presented his staff report. <br /> Mr. Sevcik shared that due to the size of some of the hunting areas that two hunters could <br /> work together in hunting in the same area in future. <br /> IICommission discussed adding more hunting zones in Woodland Trails Regional Park. <br />
