LU 16-01 & CU 16-01 <br /> <br />On February 16, 2016, the City Council reviewed the Land Use Amendment and Conditional Use Permit <br />applications after a recommendation of denial by the Planning Commission. The Council agreed with the <br />Commission’s recommendation to deny the Land Use Amendment application based on the <br />interpretation that the request is not consistent with the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />The Conditional Use Permit was also denied as the request was not consistent with standards #2, #3, and <br />#7 as outlined in section 30-654 Elk River City Code. <br /> <br />Council directed staff to prepare a Findings of Fact for the March 7, 2016, meeting. <br /> <br />Financial Impact <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Attachments <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Resolution for Findings of Facts <br /> <br />
