Product Offering Strategy <br /> The Director of Economic Development will provide a brief report regarding industrial land <br /> development following the update of marketing activities. <br /> Customer Feedback Survey <br /> Staff worked with Duckor&Associates to develop a Customer Feedback Survey that will be <br /> distributed via e-mail and/or regular mail to past and present clients (see attachment). <br /> Tammy Miller Design designed the survey,which has been reviewed and approved by the <br /> staff Industrial Siting Team. <br /> I I. Competitive Strategy <br /> Staff has continued to add to the existing Competitive Analysis file,which includes articles <br /> and general information about development projects and marketing of competing <br /> communities. <br /> I I I. Key Account/Lead Generation Strategy <br /> Staff met with key account, MN Technology, to discuss the establishment of a possible <br /> program that would provide manufacturing prospects with technical assistance from the <br /> onset of a project. <br /> 410 <br /> Staff will be sending a holiday greeting card to active prospects and key accounts. <br />
