ORDINANCE 10- 22 <br />• CITY OF ELK RIVER <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br />AMENDING SECTION 54 -31 OF THE CITY CODE OF ORDINANCES <br />RELATING TO PARK CLOSING HOURS <br />The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows: <br />Section 1. That Section 54 -31 titled Closing Hours of Elk River City Code shall be <br />amended to read as follows: <br />Sec. 54 -31. Closing hours. <br />f a� No person shall enter or remain upon the grounds of any public park within the city after <br />10:00 p.m. or before 6:00 a.m. Any _person involved in a City sponsored /sanctioned <br />program or activity may be allowed to enter or remain upon the grounds of any public <br />park within the city at any time. <br />Individuals shall be allowed to enter or remain upon the grounds of Hillside City Park <br />and Woodland Trails Park within the City until 12:00 a.m. under the following_ <br />circumstances: <br />1) A permit to enter or remain in these two parks is approved by the Recreation <br />Manager or designee and the users intended purpose complies with all special use <br />requirements. <br />• 2) Alf persons in the park after 10:00 p.m. must display their permit as required <br />through the permitting process. <br />Section 2.
