cti~n e ~ u~s~~ <br />The City Council is asked to accept the bid from Knife River Corporation for bituminous improvements <br />to Line Avenue and authorize proceeding with construction as described i.n the agreement between the <br />City of Elk River and Sherburne County related to this improvement. <br />ackr®unl iscussi®n <br />The City of Ells River, in cooperation with Sherburne County Public ~Iorks, has solicited bids for the <br />reclamation and bituminous paving of Line Avenue from 183rd Circle to Twin Lakes Road. Sherburne <br />County opened bids on March 9, 2010. There were a total of six bids submitted. A tabulation of the bids <br />is attached.
