The 11 lots are concentrated on the western half of the total <br />110 acres. The eastern half is primarily wetland that will not be impacted <br />with the exception of a road to access the developable portion of the property. <br />The 11 single family lots platted on 110 acres translate into a density of 1 <br />unit per 10 acres.
