The retail space currently is allowed signage which is visible from Zane Street, Highway <br />169 and various locations in the development. <br />Background/Discussion <br />The PUD Agreement was created and entered on December 21, 1999. The development standards <br />regulate the typical items such as building materials, lighting and signage. This PUD agreement <br />specifically identifies the subject site, the retail building attached to the north side of the proposed home improvement <br />store, for signage. <br />The applicant is looking to amend the PUD agreement to allow signage on the side of the retail building <br />that is attached to Home Depot. <br />Attachments <br />Location Map <br />• Site Plan <br />Applicants Narrative <br />• Sign Drawings <br />
