The property <br />is vacant, the highest point on the 17 acre parcel and is mostly wooded with <br />mature hardwoods and brush. This rezoning is being considered so that the <br />zoning in this area will be consistent with the land use designation of Medium <br />Density Residential. The zoning on the remainder of the 17 acre lot is Rlc; <br />therefore, the proposed rezoning could be considered an logical extension of the <br />Rlc zone and would make the entire 17 acre parcel Rlc.
