No one spoke out against the rezoning at the <br />public hearing. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />It is recommended that the City Council approve Ordinance No. 96-__ rezoning <br />certain property from R3 (Townhouse/Multi-Family) to Rlc (Single Family <br />Residential) based on the following: <br /> <br />The proposed rezoning will be consistent with the Comprehensive <br />Land Use Plan designation of MR (Medium Density Residential). <br /> <br />w <br /> <br />The proposed rezoning is compatible with the adjacent land uses <br />and zoning. <br /> <br />The remainder of this parcel is currently zoned Rlc and this <br />would be considered a logical extension of that zoned. <br /> <br />s:Xplanning\scottXzc96-3cc.doc <br /> <br /> <br />
