He raises St. Bernards for show and, according to the applicant, <br />has been doing so since 1974. He currently has three dogs, an eight year old <br />male, a three year old female and a five month old puppy which he keeps in Lino <br />Lakes. <br /> <br />The kennels will consist of a six foot high 16' by 20.5' enclosure that will be <br />separated into three runs and attached to the garage. They currently have a <br />similar set up in Lino Lakes.
