The parcel in question is 33 acres in area and the applicants propose to create <br />a 12-acre parcel in the southeast corner of the site. The reason for the subdivision is to sell a <br />parcel to Mr. Rickers, Mr. Gruys' son-in-law. <br /> <br /> <br />
