Both parcels have access to public roads. <br />• Location <br />South of 217th Avenue, immediately west of County Road 32 (Meadowvale <br />Road). The applicant is proposing to <br />create a 6.1 acre (Parcel A), and 37.45 acre parcel (Parcel B). Each lot will <br />meet or exceed the minimum requirements in terms of lot size and width in <br />i the R1a zoning district.
