Lot 1, Block 1 is the balance of Mr. Dickenson's property that has not been <br />included as part of Elk Park Center's shopping center. Outlot A is the location where the <br />4 single family homes currently exist that will be purchased by Kraus-Anderson and <br />made part of the storm drainage pond to serve the Elk Park Center project. <br /> <br />The status, along with the terms and conditions of Outlot A, will be included in the <br />Developer's Agreement for Elk Park Center. Therefore, staffs original concern of this <br />outlot having the possibility of going tax forfeit has been addressed in that agreement. <br /> <br />tt <br /> <br />P.O.
