The applicant is proposing to create a 3.6 acre <br />parcel (Parcel B) and a 7.2 acre parcel (Parcel A). There is an existing home <br />located on Parcel A. The home was not placed on the survey, therefore, if this <br />e request is approved, the applicant must show that the existing home meets <br /> <br />P.O.
