As you are aware, this is the <br />Deschenes/Schultz area. <br /> <br />We would anticipate that the total scope of services would include preparing plans and <br />specifications suitable for bidding and construction of the improvements; permit applications <br />to the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, <br />the Corps of Engineers, the local wetlands organization, and Sherburne County. In addition <br />to this, we would also proceed to describe the necessary easement documents and initiate <br />land acquisition proceedings by contacting each of the affected property owners. If the City <br />were to proceed with all of these work items, we would estimate the total cost to be in the <br />range of $21,000 to $24,000, depending upon the amount of time spent with the permitting <br />agencies and meeting with the affected property owners relative to land acquisition.
