<br />RESOLUTION 94- <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF <br />PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS IN THE MATTER OF THE <br />COUNTY ROAD 12 / 13 DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT OF 1994 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a preliminary design report relating to the County Road 12/13 Drainage <br />Improvement was prepared; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has duly considered the preliminary design report and issues <br />presented by the affected property owners; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. MSA, Consulting Engineers, is hereby designated as Project Engineer for this <br />improvement. The Project Engineer is directed to prepare plans and specifications <br />for the making of the improvement and the.solicitation of competitive bids. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />MSA, Consulting Engineers is directed to proceed with all permitting issues for the <br />construction of the improvements including but not limited to the Minnesota <br />Department of Natural Resources, Corps of Engineers, Minnesota Pollution Control <br />Agency, and Sherburne County. <br /> <br />3. MSA, Consulting Engineers is also directed to initiate preparation of the necessary <br />easement descriptions and contact the affected property owners to begin land <br />acquisition discussions. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this 7th day of February, 1994. <br /> <br />Henry A.
