It is <br />appropriate for City Councilmembers to bring their calendars to <br />this 1/4/93 meeting so that we can begin making out our winter <br />schedule. Meetings that need to be planned include the <br />following: <br /> <br />- Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Worksessions - Typically <br />these worksessions are held on the holiday in January and <br />February. In 1993 these dates are Monday, January 18 and <br />Monday February lS...It is unknown if more than two <br />worksessions for the CIP will be necessary. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />- City Council/Planning Commission worksession - With the <br />City Council and Planning Commission both having some new <br />members, it is appropriate to have a planning and zoning <br />worksession. These worksessions have been held in the <br />past and have been typically held on a Saturday morning. <br />Scheduling of this worksession may need to take place <br />after the Planning Commission appointments are approved by <br />the City Council. <br /> <br />- City Hall/Police Station Tour <br />the City Council to take a <br />is nearing completion.
