The Council can meet with the Commission on the <br />Commission's normal meeting date, which is the first <br />Wednesday of the month, or the Council can request that <br />the Commission meet with them on a Monday evening. The <br />first good opportunity for this meeting on a scheduled <br />Council meeting date would be on the first or last Mondays <br />in March. <br /> <br />- City Council/Plannning Commmission joint meeting - Above <br />and beyond the worksession noted above, the City Council <br />meets with the Planning Commission on an annual basis to <br />review the status of projects and programs. This mayor <br />may not be necessary this year as a worksession is <br />anticipated to take place. <br /> <br />In addition to the above meetings, the Council has also <br />discussed the need for a joint meeting with the City of otsego <br />and with the Utilities Commission. As the City Council can <br />tell, the winter months are the heavy planning period for the <br />City for the upcoming calendar year. Please bring your <br />calendar to this City Council meeting so that we can begin to <br />schedule some, if not all, of the above noted meetings. <br />
