Call Meeting to Order <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of <br />Economic Development Authority was call to order <br />President Gongoll. <br /> <br />the Elk River <br />at 7:00 p.m. by <br /> <br />2. Consider 2/8/93 EDA Agenda <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER <br />PRESENTED. <br />6-0. <br /> <br />DUITSMAN MOVED TO APPROVE THE 2/8/93 EDA AGENDA AS <br />COMMISSIONER DIETZ SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED <br /> <br />3. Consider 1/11/93 EDA Minutes <br /> <br />Commissioner Scheel requested that paragraph 6F be changed to read as <br />follows, "Commissioner Scheel suggested changing the section of the <br />bylaws pertaining to the appointment of Commissioners so that the <br />decision regarding the composition of the EDA would made prior to the <br />election of Councilmembers." <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER SCHEEL MOVED TO APPROVE THE 1/11/93 EDA MINUTES AS <br />AMENDED. COMMISSIONER DIETZ SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED <br />6-0. <br /> <br />j 4 . Open Mike <br /> <br />No one appeared for this item. <br /> <br />5. Financial Update <br /> <br />Bill Rubin, Economic Development Coordinator, informed the EDA that the <br />Revolving Loan Fund had a cash balance of $207,125.03 as of January 31, <br />1993. He also informed the EDA that the Economic Development Authority <br />had a cash balance of $63,655.10 as of January 31, 1993. <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />Tescom TIF Plan <br /> <br />Bill Rubin informed the EDA that the Tescom Corporation is looking for <br />an alternate site in the Elk River Industrial Park for its expansion <br />
