Consider 1/9/89 EDA Agenda COMMISSIONER DOBEL MOVED TO APPROVE THE 1/9/89 EDA AGENDA. COMMISSIONER HOLMGREN SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0 . 3. Consider 12/12/88 EDA Minutes Councilmember Schuldt indicated he wanted on record that he misunderstood the motion made which directed Staff to prepare a TIF redevelopment plan for the hardware store location. Schuldt indicated he understood the site preparation costs would originate from existing TIF districts and would not be dependent on development of the site. COMMISSIONER HOLMGREN MOVED TO APPROVE THE 12/12/88 EDA MINUTES AS SUBMITTED. COMMISSIONER DOBEL SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 3- 0-2. COMMISSIONERS KROPUENSKE AND SCHULDT ABSTAINED. 4.
