Wayne Beck1in will supervise the swimming program this year. <br />In addition to Wayne Beck1in the additional full-time lifeguards will be Bob <br />Arnold and Toni Ammend. Possible part-time lifeguards are Robin Kreuser and <br />Monica Oss. Wayne thought the wages in 1974 for full-time lifeguards was <br />$3.50 per your. On that basis, the following wage schedule for 1975 be <br />proposed as follows: <br />Wayne Becklin <br />Bob Arnold <br />Toni Ammend <br /> <br />$4.00 per hour ($.25 extra as Supervisor) <br />3.75 per hour <br />3.75 per hour <br /> <br />All <part:"tl:rrte.'i:J:.feguards $3. dOper hour <br /> <br /> <br />Wayne Becklin reported that repair work is needed on the diving raft and the <br />building. New oards needed for boat. Voice horn and new resusitator now in <br />custody of police department goes to the b~ach when it opens. Permissable for <br />police department to use the equipment on days beach is not open, but they would <br />have to be responsible for picking it up and bringing it back. Registration fees <br />for swimming lessons could remain the same; $3.00 per child and $9.00 for three <br />or more children participating from the same family.
