Meeting of the Economic Development <br />Authority <br />Held at the Elk River City Hall <br />City or Monday, May 20, 2024 <br />Elk <br />River <br />Members Present: Chair Dan Tveite, Commissioners Cory Grupa, Jeff Hartwig, Mike Beyer, Jennifer <br />Wagner, Matt Westgaard, and Charlie Blesener. <br />Members Absent: None <br />Staff Present: Economic Development Director- Brent O'Neil, Economic Development <br />Specialist Joshua Mollan, and Deputy Clerk Jolene Richter <br />I. CALL MEETING TO ORDER <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting was called to order at 05:30 PM. <br />2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. <br />3. CONSIDER AGENDA <br />Commissioner Westgaard noted he would be abstaining from Items 7.1 and 7.2 due to a conflict of <br />interest. <br />The Commission added item 7.4 Consideration from the Sherburne County Master Gardener <br />Association. <br />Moved by Commissioner Wagner and seconded by Commissioner Beyer to approve the <br />agenda as amended. Motion Carried 7-0. <br />4. CONSENT AGENDA <br />Moved by Commissioner Westgaard and seconded by Commissioner Hartwig to approve <br />the consent agenda. Motion 7-0. <br />4.1 April 15, 2024, Regular Minutes <br />4.2 Check Register as outlined in the staff report. <br />4.3 Balance Sheet as outlined in the staff report. <br />4.4 Revenue/Expenditure Reports as outlined in the staff report. <br />
