The Parks and Recreation Commission reviews staff’s recommendation <br />and provides a formal recommendation to the council for: <br /> Park dedication (cash or land) <br /> Trail/easement, when applicable <br /> <br />Park dedication (cash) is based on the number of new lots, not on existing or specific lots.
