She serves executives, civilians and public safety personnel like firefighters,
law enforcement and dispatch. Blue Peak’s mission is to address mental health at its source.

Through professional training, consultation, agency resilience and individualized therapy, Blue Peak provides
organizations and individuals with the skills to stay calm, confident and in control. Through offering professional
training to providers and public safety agencies, and individual and group approaches to leaders and first
responders, BP gets to the heart of the matter efficiently and effectively. Addressing stress, trauma and other life
challenges at their source with compassion and practical solutions.

Financial Impact
$20,500 is the annual cost of services. The state will reimburse the remaining $12,000. This was not budgeted in
the General Fund in 2024 which resulted in the transfer from donations we have received over multiple fiscal
years. The services will be added in future budgets with a transfer accounted for from the donation fund and the
state reimbursement.

Mission/Policy/Goal
Clearly defined use of funds to meet goals and priorities.

Attachments
Resolution

The Elk River Vision
A welcoming community with revolutionary and spirited resourcefulness, exceptional

service, and community engagement that encourages and inspires prosperity.
Updated: January 2023
