<br /> <br />City of Elk River <br /> <br />City Council <br /> <br />Resolution 24-____ <br /> <br />A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Elk River Authorizing a <br />Transfer from the Capital Outlay Reserve Fund to the General Fund. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The City of Elk River received donations to benefit the fire department over <br />multiple fiscal years. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The City of Elk River will purchase Blue Peak Consulting services to support <br />staff mental health within the fire department. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Through professional training, consultation, agency resilience and <br />individualized therapy, Blue Peak provides organizations and individuals with the skills to <br />stay calm, confident and in control. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk <br />River, Minnesota, as follows: transfer funds from the Capital Outlay Reserve Fund to the <br />General fund in the amount of $8,500. <br /> <br />th <br />Passed and adopted this 20 day of February 2024. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> John J.
