Call Meetino To Order <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Park and <br />Recreation was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chair Dave Anderson. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Consider Aoenda <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER OLSON MOVED TO APPROVE THE DECEMBER 13,1995, PARK AND <br />RECREATION COMMISSION AGENDA. COMMISSIONER DANA ANDERSON <br />SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />3.1 October 11. 1995, Minutes <br /> <br />Chair Dave Anderson stated that Commissioner Tuttle would like the Master Park <br />Plan in more detail, and requested to delay approval until the next meeting. <br /> <br />3.2 November 8, 1995, Minutes <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER DONAIS MOVED TO APPROVE THE NOVEMBER 8,1995, PARK AND <br />RECREATION COMMISSION MINUTES. COMMISSIONER DANA ANDERSON <br />SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />4.
