Call Meetina To Order <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Park & <br />Recreation Commission was called to order at 7:03 p.m. by Chair Anderson. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Consider January 11. 1995, Park & Recreation Commission Aaenda <br /> <br />Item 8a., Watercraft Races on lake Orono, was added to the agenda. <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER DANA ANDERSON MOVED TO APPROVE THE JANUARY 11, 1995, <br />PARK AND RECREATION COMMISSION AGENDA AS AMENDED. COMMISSIONER <br />O'BRIEN SECONDED THE AGENDA. THE MOTION CARRIED 6-0. <br /> <br />3. Consider December 14, 1994. Park and Recreation Commission Minutes <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER ROLFE ANDERSON MOVED TO APPROVE THE DECEMBER 14, 1994, <br />PARK AND RECREATION COMMISSION MINUTES. COMMISSIONER OLSON <br />SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 6-0. <br /> <br />4. Open Mike <br /> <br />No one was present for this item. <br /> <br />5. Preliminary Plat for Country Crossina Business Center <br /> <br />Steve Rohlf introduced the item and suggested that the Park and Recreation <br />Commission consider whether or not the office building site (lot 1, Block 2 - 2.7 <br />acres) should pay park dedication fees. <br /> <br />Commissioner Dana Anderson stated that not to ask for park dedication fees on <br />this lot could set a precedent that could negatively affect future commercial lots <br />in this area. <br />
